Robin founded Kanj Technologies in 2006 with a mission to deliver trusted, service orientated, IT management to SME’s and ME’s.

Over the past 17 years, his team has overseen IT service growth in sectors that includes healthcare, fiduciary services, warehouse and logistics and consultancy to other IT service providers both nationally and internationally.

Robin gained his MBA from the Open University, is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and has ITIL and Project Mgmt. accreditations. A Londoner from birth, he is married and follows world cinema.

Azam Marzook has been a key part of Kanj Technologies for over nine years, progressing from an engineer to the Chief Technology Officer. He possesses extensive expertise across various fields, including infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security.

Azam works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions and is dedicated to mentoring and training engineers to excel in their roles. He is an active contributor to the Microsoft and AWS communities, regularly participating in events and delivering technical talks.

Azam is married with one 4 year old boy and engaged in youth mentoring activities.

Richard joined as our Non-Executive Director in January 2018 with the aim of providing financial stewardship and assisting with long term strategic positioning.

ACCA qualified and an accountant by trade, Richard is a Director of several businesses, specialising in debt consolidation and asset management

A very busy man with a family of four we are not sure what he does to relax!

Darren has been a technical consultant to Kanj Technologies for the last four years. His experience in EA (Enterprise Architecture) includes storage, virtualisation and networking, helping deliver enterprise cloud and on-premise solutions.

His core vendor specialisations include Cisco, VMware and HPE SANs, where his diagnostic and problem-solving skills have been recognised by a number of our clients. His accreditations include VMware VCP-DCV (data centre), VTSP (Technical Solutions Professional), Cisco CCNA and HPE ASE (Storage Solutions).

Darren develops and implements EA for KanjTech clients while also mentoring our senior engineers. Based in Yorkshire, elite fitness and his daughter are his two loves.

James brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, business strategy and digital transformation. As Head of Marketing, he helps organisations use technology, data and modern platforms to improve efficiency, strengthen customer engagement and support sustainable growth.

Working within the managed services sector, James understands how MSPs deliver cloud, security and infrastructure services, and how technology decisions translate into real commercial outcomes for businesses.

Before joining Kanj, James founded and led ventures across marketing, web and software, including scaling a print production facility to multi-million-pound turnover. Outside work he enjoys family time, football and fitness.

Since joining our team in 2017, Maria has grown to be the cornerstone of our back-office team managing: accounts, office administration, HR requests, suppliers as well as managing our overseas teams needs.
Maria also has the added responsibility of managing business functions and compliance processes and has assisted the business in their ISO and GDPR requirements.

Currently advancing her skills through ACCA studies, Maria is committed to her CPD’s and is passionate about learning.
In her free time, Maria enjoys delving into various subjects, particularly those that enhances understanding of effective communication.
Maria is based in London with her family.

Georgiana is our multi-faceted account administrator who joined us in April 2023.

A MSc graduate of Management and Auditing in Agriculture and Food industries, and currently studying for her BA in Accounting and Finance at UWL, graduating in 2025.

Georgiana produces financial management reports, data analysis and accounts management focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and optimising cash flow to drive long-term organisational growth.
Her role also includes day to day operations such as invoicing, cash flow, order and suppliers management, as well as salaries and elements of HR.

Georgiana is London based married with one daughter.

Tomas joined us in Jan ‘16 and made an instant impact on his application and thoroughness, his risk averseness and calm demeanour
. His role is of an onsite based technical engineer delivering support and projects to our clients in the healthcare, jet engine manufacturing space and our private HNW clients.

He is currently studying for his ITIL service desk and Microsoft exams

Away from work, he has an avid interest in musical production and is proficient in audio engineering, sound recording studio equipment, and sound post-production. His native country being the Czech Republic, Tomas likes to spend his time returning back home, listening to classical music, film scores and jazz. He also adores sleep.

Joy is a Senior Software Developer specialising in full-stack development and cloud-native applications at Kanj Technologies. He designs scalable databases, builds real-time systems, and develops AI-powered solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency. His experience spans sectors including education, e-commerce, and digital platforms.

Joy holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering and certifications across modern web technologies. Passionate about emerging technology, he keeps closely aligned with developments in AI and automation.

Outside of development, he enjoys playing Football and Table Tennis.

Kyle is our 2nd line engineer based in the Midlands, focused on onsite projects and support with his specialisms being network configurations, cloud mgmt. and security.
A BSc graduate in Computing from the University of Worcester, he already has 7 years’ worth of experience across multiple IT infrastructure disciplines.

After working with KanjTech for 2 years, Kyle has established himself within the support and project teams for various clients and is progressing his Azure cloud and security accreditations.

A family man, Kyle interests lie in charity fundraising with MacMillan Cancer support, hiking mountains and football.

Ravi is our onsite and remote infrastructure and application support engineer based in Hyderabad, India. His role is to manage the onsite IT
challenges that a manufacturing and shared service environment brings from infrastructure issues to cloud policies to application support.

Joining KanjTech after gaining 10 years’ experience at Quesscorp, Ravi has established himself as a vital link between the UK support team and our clients who have a presence in the Indian subcontinent.

His professional experience includes being accredited in Solaris and Red Hat and is currently studying for his Microsoft Enterprise Administrator exams. Ravi is married with two daughters.

Thariq joined us in April 2019 and has grown to being our cloud system administrator. Thariq has worked fully remotely for 5 years and counting. He currently implements, configures, and manages the various cloud platforms and applications we deliver through Azure, 365 and AWS.

Thariq’s project and support work contains a heavy emphasis on security – product’s covered are Cisco Umbrella, Sentinel One EDR, Azure SIEM, 365 security score, MS Intune policies, and RMM. He also supports various SaaS based applications including Dropbox, omnichannel and EDI solutions.

He has an MSc in Network and Information security as well as updating his Azure cloud certs. Thariq is married with two boys and interested in the outdoors (camping / hiking).

Amin has the distinction of being our first apprentice and joined us in November 2024 from the HRUC group. Amin is currently working towards his apprenticeship as an IT Solutions Technician.
His day-to-day role as an onsite engineer is support on laptops, OS, application support and client support and service.
He plans to work towards A+ and Data+ certifications once his apprentice accreditation is complete and he has an avid interest in the data sector

Away from work, Amin enjoys photography, gaming and racket sport and his passion for his beloved Arsenal Football club

Sam has worked in the IT industry for three years, beginning his career as an apprentice where he built a strong foundation in infrastructure support and technical problem‑solving. He joined Kanj to further expand his knowledge, develop new skills, and contribute to delivering reliable and efficient IT services.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing golf, going to the gym, and taking his dog George for walks along the beach. He’s also a long-suffering Manchester United supporter.

Anvesh Singh Gehalot is originally from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He completed his CCNA certification in 2016 and has over eight years of experience in IT administration. Throughout his career, he has developed strong skills in managing IT systems, supporting infrastructure, and maintaining reliable day-to-day operations across organisations.

When he’s not solving IT challenges, Anvesh enjoys discovering new technologies and sharpening his technical skills.

Alina joined the team as a highly organised and detail-focused operations and finance support professional, providing structured support across accounts administration, financial processes, and day-to-day business operations. She works closely with internal teams to assist with invoicing, reporting, data accuracy, and process coordination, acting as a reliable link between finance, operational, and technical functions. Known for her clear communication and consistent follow-through, Alina helps ensure financial information and workflows remain accurate, efficient, and well organised.

Outside of work, Alina enjoys learning and personal development, reading, cooking, baking, and arts and crafts, and values growth, integrity, and positive connections.
